Privacy Policy

ApiCare Organic Farms Pvt Ltd ("ApiCare", "we") collects only the information we need to sell and deliver honey and to answer your messages. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, mobile number, delivery and mailing addresses, what you ordered, and any note you add.
• When you pay: Razorpay processes your payment. We receive a payment reference and status, never your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• When you contact us or join our letter: your email and anything you choose to write.
• When you browse: anonymous usage statistics, such as pages visited, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. These come from analytics cookies and do not identify you by name.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, including order and dispatch updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To keep the accounting and tax records Indian law requires.
• To send our harvest letter, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Who processes it for us

• Razorpay: payments.
• Google: our order records (Google Sheets) and confirmation emails (Gmail).
• Courier partners: your name, address and phone number, only to deliver your parcel.
• Formspree: contact and newsletter forms.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: anonymous website usage statistics. You can opt out with your browser's privacy settings or a tracker blocker.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently up to 8 years). Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to hello@apicare.co.in. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are retained until that obligation ends.
