Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Delivery time

Every order is packed by hand in Sikkim and delivered within 14 days of payment. Your order confirmation email gives the exact date. Remote PIN codes, the monsoon and Himalayan road closures can occasionally add a few days; if that happens we will tell you.

Shipping charges

Shipping is included in the price of every jar. There are no extra charges at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking number to the email or phone number you gave us.

Address details

Please check your delivery address and PIN code carefully. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
