This website is run by ApiCare Organic Farms Pvt Ltd ("ApiCare", "we"), Sikkim, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Our honey is raw and single-origin, so colour, texture and taste vary naturally from harvest to harvest. Raw honey may crystallise; this is natural and does not affect quality. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
• If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, a harvest sells out) we will refund you in full.

Text, photographs and illustrations on this site belong to ApiCare or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Gangtok, Sikkim.
